OWCA High Rise Technician – Level 1

This digital credential is issued by Advanced Rescue by DIMERSAR (ARD) and is recognized by the Ontario Window Cleaning Association (OWCA).

It verifies that the holder has successfully completed the R.A.W. B.E.S.T. (Windows, Buildings, Elevated Structures & Towers) High Rise Technician – Level 1 training and competency assessment program.

The program includes structured theory instruction, supervised practical skills training, and written and practical competency evaluation.

This credential confirms that the holder has demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and judgement required to perform high-rise work positioning and associated rescue procedures within the scope of the R.A.W. B.E.S.T. High Rise Technician standard.

Certification is valid for a defined period of two years and requires re-certification to remain active.
